Domain Names

You can register your own domain name yourself or we can do it for you:

.com, .org, .net, .info domains - AUS$12.00* for 1 year
Anyone can register a .com, .biz, .net, .info, .org.

.com.au or .net.au domains - AUS$27.50* for minimum 2 years
You must be registered business with an ABN to register a .com.au.

If you register your own domain name you need to be able to point the name servers to our hosting servers.  If you don't know how to do this, we can do it for you but we will need access (your username and password) to your account with the company with which you registered your domain name.

Hosting

Hosting with us ensures we can provide the best level of ongoing care and support for our clients.  We have found that trying to manage multiple websites across mutliple host provider's is just not viable and we prefer to be confident in the level of service we can provide you.  The extra efficiency on our part also results in it being the most cost effective option for you.

A basic hosting service that provides includes unlimited space and bandwidth, 5 email accounts and 1 MySQL database. Regular automatic backups also protect your website and data - From AUS$11*/month.  payable 12 months in advance ($132*/annually).

This fee involves regular updates and upgrades to your Joomla! install but DOES NOT include any ongoing issues that may occur relating to your hosting.  If you have any problem with your website such as virus attacks etc, or need additional email accounts or changes made to your email accounts we charge an hourly rate to fix it for you (billable in 15 min increments).  It does not include changes to your actual website (content, design or menu structures).  Please contact us to confirm your current charge out rate for these services, if you don't already know it.
